I turned it off on day 1 Pat and that helped a bit, but did not solve the problem. The upgrades also seemed to take away our options on font sizes as well....

Morning all. On Saturday, I hooked up the brush hog for the first time this year instead of the boat. Too much to do so fishing had to wait, 4 hours later I still have a lot of mowing to do but it's too wet to get to some places.

Sunday, I did hook to the boat and finally felt like a day off doing one of my favorite things to relax.

We were rewarded with a nice 14# Salmon. Boat ran well after a sitting for 6 months. I've only had this boat for a year so I'm still in the "is it reliable" stage. Confidence is building both mechanically and it's fish catching ability.

Belated good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Killed my back while playing with the weed eater and brush cutter. Not sure how I did it or even what I did but I can barely walk. Need to get it worked out by tomorrow. We need to go to town for supplies (more string for the weed eater being on of the items needed) and I also have a board of directors meeting that is going to have some important stuff going on tomorrow night.

Nice fish! Smoker or steaks or both?

Good morning Oregon, May is finally upon us! Could be a nasty one here later, they are saying severe storms in eastern Nebraska late this afternoon.

Both! Well...Maybe not steaks but fillets anyway. Ate some, gave some away, and will smoke some. Hope to be back out this weekend!

Belated good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Had County prisoner work crews next door most of the morning and some work going on out in the road. Started out the morning at 43 and overcast. Up to 50.3 now and the clouds are hanging in there.

Hope to be back out this weekend!
Which river are you hitting? I think my fishing partner wants to go down to Coyote Rock / Movie House / Chinook Bend area Friday or Saturday....I'm thinking we need to get ready for Halibut. Need to get a Rockfish Recompression tool set up first though and a second pole (reel) set up to handle it.

I'm just fishing the Willamette above Newberg, intercepting those fish headed to the Santiam, McKenzie, etc. It's close to home and it's not crowded. Might be a short season since the algae is already showing up which is the curse of the fishery.

If I had your tub, halibut would be on my mind too. The big lake almost looks fishable this weekend at least for some bottom fish nearshore. Although I really like fishing Chinook Bend area. Are there springers in there? I might head that way this fall if the Columbia doesn't produce.

I didnt want to start my own thread for this question, but does anyone know where i can go to get my idi timed? i am going to be replacing my injection pump and injectors soon, and after doing that it is suggested you get the pump timed properly, with tools that i dont have and dont really get made anymore. Any tips for people/shops? I talked to northside ford dealership on columbia blvd and they lost their equipment for this job..

Maybe send a message to Riffraff Diesel and ask if they know someone. Clay is a sponsor on here and a good guy.
