Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Started out at 43 earlier and it is now up to 53. They are saying a 50% chance of showers sometime after 1400, but none of the hourly forecasts for the day that I have seen are showing any rain. Guess we'll see. Other than some dew, it has been dry this morning and the sky is looking mighty nice.

Good evening Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Just getting home from a YCSA meeting in town. Hit a couple of very heavy rain showers on the way home. That's what I get for trying to get the gel coat polished up on the camper and the boat. About 1/2 done on the camper and rained out earlier today. Need to finish the back and left side so I can get it waxed. Then there is the boat...sometime this summer.

Morning all, after work need to take the 4H pig to get its halfway weigh-in and fair ear tag. Hope the pig loads easy this year. Last year we had a runner and then just refused to go in the trailer. Last year for this.

Morning Pat, should be about 150-160 right now, by fair (mid July) it should be between 280-300.

Pat, at the end of Fair they get auctioned off for that. My daughter had an issue the first year but after that she was okay. She has helped me process many animals and doesn't have a problem seeing or working with fresh meat. Unlike most people today she knows where her meat comes from and how to cut up an animal.
