Morning Pat, Evan and all to follow. 36 at the compound got most of the outside stuff done yesterday minus some pruning and gardening that I hope to get to this weekend. After work today working on the top of barn as an apartment for the daughter and her friend. Hope to finish framing next week. Using 18 gauge steel studs.

Morning guys. Actually able to drag out the lawn furniture out of the shed, and on to the patio yesterday. I usually do that the first week of April!
