I'm just glad State Farm finally decided to pay for it. They wanted to just repair it. That would have ended up replacing almost 60% of the shingles. Finally convinced them to just do it all.

Morning Andy, Pat and those to follow.
I can't call Friday Eve until I'm further through the work day today, too much work today.
One thing about being a renter the roof is not my problem but I do keep an eye on things and do maintenance for the owner.
