That Firestone rep you spoke with obviously has no clue. I say that because the Firestone air-bags (and Torque ... same bags, less $$$) fit between the leaf spring and the frame rail ... a distance which is not affected by using a shorter block between the spring and axle.
Does anyone know what part # the firestone bags are that go above the springs? All I can find are the 2605 for the 2019 F350 4wd but they mount to the axle. It appears the 2600 mounts to the springs but they are for 2wd. The Firestone lady I talked to said they wouldn't work on a 4wd but she really didn't seemed to know a lot.
Before and after pictures with and without the horse trailer attached soon but here (see pictures) is the result as measured at the hitch.
The ground to lip of wheelwell measured Premod front 42.5 rear 45; POSTMOD 42.7 and 43.5 so still have about an inch of rake. Tire pressures at tow PSI of 80 for all measurements.
I may be crazy but I think the over all feel of the truck is much better; the wife even made a few approving comments. I will exercise it a little next week to truly see but it is pretty amazing the difference in appearance as well as functionality (rear view mirror) and being able to see into the bed.
No driveline vibration but will keep track for as long as I remember to.
The shop that made the swap used new u bolts/nuts for those so interested in that conversation...
I did the same to my truck. Just fits in the garage now. I did need to adjust my headlights..
I marked the floor in my garage and the garage door to document the change in lights but while there was some movement in beam location didn't seem drastic. I'm going to attempt to move the beam as close as possible to the original position and guess I need to do the math to determine the true change over say 500'

Im pulling my hair out with the same dilemma. Firestone website contradicts itself with 2wd vs 4wd for the 2600 kit. I prefer the 2600 version because it retains the bump stops. The confusing part is the only difference between the 2wd and 4wd trucks would be a shorter rear block??? which has no effect on leaf to frame distance like cficare mentioned. If the 2600 kit does indeed fit the 4wd trucks it would be a better alternative to the air lift ultimates with internal bumpers.
I originally installed this reverse lift on my 19 F350 srw but recently leveled the front with readylift 2.5” coils and track bar bracket. That made the truck sit 1/2” nose high with no load so the oem 3” blocks went back on.
I wish Ford designed a factory rear bag system similar to Ram trucks.

The 2600’s will work with no problems. The only issue you will have is if you have a B&W turnover ball. You have to shorten the handle that unlocks the ball. Then it is still difficult to get your fingers in between the mount to release the ball. I really wish I would have ordered the airbag tangs!

Thanks Ryan. I don’t have a turnover ball, just a b&w oem puck companion hitch. Ordered the torque bags last night. Would have never known about them without this site, thanks!
Bmain - does your truck have snow plow prep? Are those powder coated factory wheels? True 35" tires? Any rubbing? Hoping to do the same thing and run 35s on 20x10 -25 wheels. Thanks!

FirstFord - I know this is an old post, but was wondering if you rubbed with the 35s on -44 wheels with the reverse level? I am looking at 20x10 -25 wheels on 35" tires and am concerned I would rub. I also have snow plow prep package.

Stock vs 35's
48" / 49.5" Bottom of door handle
flush / 5" Amount of tire hanging out fender in front
flush / 3.5" Amount of tire hanging out fender in rear
5" / 3.5" Distance between tire and rear of front fender
4.5" / 3" Distance between tire and front of front fender
When I buy my set I will probably go 295/65r20 on 20x10 -12 or -19 mm bs. 35's fit but they look a little big to wheel openings from the side and stick out to far. So a 34/11.50 with less -offset will not be so tall and less wide and stick out less all together. That's my 2 cents.

I have 22x10s with -24 offset. 35x12.5s, and had to trim the fender on the bottom and inside. I do not have the snow plow prep tho.
I've been following this thread, I think here soon I'm going to lower the rear on my truck, for both cosmetic and easier to load ability.
