The rabbit distress call sounds just like a fawn in distress. I use fawn distress calls during archery hunting it brings in the does but it also works great to bring in Bears. I had a archery bear tag 3 years ago and used a fawn distress call to bring in a very nice black bear in, I nailed it at 42 yards, the bear ran maybe 30 yards and I heard the death moan.

We toured Ft Pickens National Park today. I did not know there were bald eagles in the pan handle of Florida. Pretty interesting and educational place to visit if you are ever down this way.
The fort is a lot like Sumter in SC, but you can drive to this one.
Finishing off the day at the beach where the Navy Blue Angels are making practice runs just off shore.

Good Read here, I printed out to let my son read.
https://www.archives.gov/founding-do...ion-transcript
I've been reading a book lately called "the us constitution & fascinating facts about it". Pretty good read for such a little book, talks a little about all the founding fathers, each of the signers etc. Some of those guys lived a lavish lifestyle, not what you typically think of when you think founding fathers.
My favorite quote so far from George Washington -
" Government is not reason, it is not eloquence-it is a force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master; never for a moment should it be left to irresponsible action"

Well, sick kiddo has me driving around town most the day so far. Now that we're home with prescriptions I can tinker with some stuff. Like my funeral.... If I'm not online for a few weeks it was the wife that did it!
Found an non-working project from fleabay that cost next nothing to practice on with no worry of doing any harm to it...
I can't stop laughing. Wife may kill me tho...

Bad storm took out lot of trees locally. Knocked the cell tower out, well at least the repeater pointing too us, if I drive to other side of it I have service. That tower runs my phone and my internet, so I had to backfeed dsl from the camp office back too house for slow but useable internet....
