Not here. Have another month till plant ordering time. Temps shot up to 63 today, I was very tempted to try and shove in the T4 swap during the fair weather, but tomorrow we're back to freezing rains, with snow forecasted rest of week. Figured the safe thing would be to stay inside and try to knock out the list of Honey better do's.

Since she bought 31 gallons of paint Saturday morning, I got a crap ton of work ahead of me before my next long stretch of days off when turbo install won't be rushed. Got allll the nail holes and dang plastic expanding drywall hangers from previous owners filled in and all the trim calked up and everything ready for paint over the weekend. Spent 19 hours painting today. Hallway looks insanely better, ceiling is all one color vs transitioning to different colors at every room entry. Now you can't see all the picture frame outlines and deer head oil marks. Ran out of steam on the game room after the ceiling and cutting in all the edges on walls.

Kids are out of school tomorrow, so they can "help" with moving furniture in and out of rooms. Wife has to go in since the teachers have a state mandated training day. Every room of the house but the garage is getting painted cause the previous "painter" forgot to have their eyes open. You can tell they only did 1 coat in a lot of places from the bleed thru, and they missed entire roller widths in other spots.

As soon as we listed the old house she asked me when I was ready to start painting the new house. At that point I had just finished painting that house inside and out and told her I wasn't touching a brush or roller for at least 6 months. Well it's been 7 months since then... Guess she put it on her calendar....
Well I better crawl into the shower n bed. Coffee will probably come way too early in the morning

This round of covid is like dual ear infections, dual pink eye, sinus infection, strep throat and a mouth burnt by scalding coffee, all at the same time🥴

Gonna break into the 30's here today so I'll probably go out and tool with my motorcycle revive a little. No deadly chirus here yet and I've been recklessly flirting with it all along. People all around us have gotten it though. Beats me.

I knew it would get us again at some point. 1yo in daycare, 7yo and 11yo in school and a wife who teaches at that school. If this is as bad as this version gets I am ok with that. Hardest part is our oldest son having it, and he is nonverbal so he cannot tell us how he is feeling or if he needs anything. Of course he also gets pampered like a king

Could he teach Mrs. Walleye to be nonverbal?

That doesn’t sound fun. Hope everyone feels better soon.

The forecast is supposed to be mid to high 60's for the rest of the week. We have 90 Leyland Cypress trees to trim up a bit and plan to do that on Thursday. Today I have spent a good deal of time running speaker and HDMI 2.1 wires through my ceilings and walls.

A while back I bought an endoscope to find an oil leak under the turbo while the engine was running. It paid for itself in time and effort as the oil leak was not under the turbo where it mounts to the pedestal. Without the scope, I would have torn it all down for no reason.

I selected a Depstech endoscope based on the advice from a couple of FTE'rs that have the same or previous generation model. It works great for fishing wires through tight spaces that are blind passages too, which is nice to have sometimes.

Have a nice week everyone!

Nothing wrong with a little bourbon in your coffee to start your day off right...

Looks like yours is .310" diameter, and the injector cups I measured were .287. The glow plug holes are about .220.

They have another one with a 5.5mm (.210) and I may order that one.

DEPSTECH 5.5mm WiFi Borescope DEPSTECH 5.5mm WiFi Borescope

Yours has a 5.0MP camera with a max resolution of 2592x1944 and this one is 2.0 with a max resolution of 1920x1080.

Yours would be better in every situation except for peeking at the top of pistons without removing the cups or heads.

They have another one which they say is the upgraded version of yours. It has a side view camera as well.

DEPSTECH Dual Lens Wireless Endoscope DEPSTECH Dual Lens Wireless Endoscope

Now that you have me curious about this again, I'm going to do more research. I prefer to buy products where someone I know can vouch for them...means SO much more than an anonymous review!

Joel, looks like you found your answer already. The camera is not used very often, but it is a great tool to have in your inventory when you need it.

Also, we can never have too many tools!
