The cold temps here Morris. Add to that since we are still in the winter break for the students most of the buildings have the heat turned down when no one is on campus. So single digit temps combined with little to no heat in the buildings and we have broken pipes. Just had another one let go.
It`s a wonder they don`t monitor it better to save broken pipes Shaun.
Hello Grant and Perry, my cold seems to be slowly getting better but it`s taking it`s time.
Good to hear that your tooth is finally easing off Perry.
My house cat likes to watch the birds eating from the bird feeder outside the living room window.
Good evening John, has it finally stopped snowing?
My cats sit in the window and have hissy fits watching the birds and I won't let them out the front door so they can chase them. Our warm snap ends tonight and it'll be cold until Sunday.
I'm going to try to get a picture of the bird that showed up this morning so that I can figure out what it was. It blended in to well with the tree for me to properly identify it and it sure had the cats going.
The Alaska thread is sending us a blast of cold again, started coming in last night and it has a bit of snow with it but mostly wind, time for some -40 windchills again.
This is supposed to be a 3 - 4 day cold snap and then back to seasonal temperatures for us. When ever the weather gets good I get to deal with teeth issues so it becomes a no win situation around here this month.
Good evening to all that lurk here.
How big is that mysterious bird Perry? Birds around here are sparrows, wood peckers and chickadees. The Magpies won`t come near my bird feeders hanging from the living room window.
Getting way colder here over night with blowing snow, colder weather is back here too.
Still dealing with freezing pipes Shaun?
Hello John, Grant, how are you guys doing?
