Hello Grant, it`s sunny here too. 
It`s not quite warm enough for bikini and halter tops here Perry but at least I hope to shed one more layer of winter clothing off in a day or so.

It was warm enough for some melting where the ashphalt and concrete was bare and got warm enough to open the coat and take off the gloves for awhile so it must've hit -6. Tomorrow its supposed to hit +2 for an hour or so, got lots of running around planned and some shoveling to do to gain back some yard space.

I'm not happy with the windows we have now, I was talked out of getting triple panes saying we didn't need them in this area and I would be wasting my money. These dual panes are crap even with the argon gas. We had woos sash triples in before these and windows never frosted up until the seals started to leak after 25 years..
