Happy Saturday' all. We had to re wire a good portion of my parent's garage, when squirrel's got into the attic. I went to the bank this morning, Shopper's Drug Mart, Co-op for gas, then Sobey's for groc's. Very cold, and slippery out. Stay warm, and have a great day guy's.

Some days its a pita being me.

I've been dealing with a junkie squatter issue at the corner house that I was supposed to be moving into this summer since the first text came in at 530 this morning. Thats one of the benefits of running a neighborhood watch program. Cops are to busy with weather related issues so its a case of dealing with a property manager and contractor that don't own the place and don't care what happens to it or the neighborhood. So I went over their heads and contacted the owner and will be doing the picture and petition work tomorrow so that I can enter it into the SCAN (Safer Communities and Neighborhoods) program in order to have the place boarded up and fenced off.

The excitement never ends.

I feel for you, I had one squatter that the sheriff had to remove. He was the worst ever renter in over 50 yrs. I don`t know who help him dress and feed him since I doubt he could do it on his own.

Cops pulled the guy who was in the house out and arrested him, seized some stuff, house is being boarded up as its classified as abandoned due to the property management not showing up after I contacted them twice. There's more to come but won't know what until I'm contacted by either CPS or the S.C.A.N program. Crime wave may be over. Lol

Cops just left my place, 4 arrested, stolen goods seized, city works boarding up all windows that can be opened and doors, complaint being filed by CPS to SCAN and another will be filed by us citizens on tuesday or wednesday after I've done the paperwork on it and collected signatures, crime spree over. Its nice when the neighborhood comes together, even nicer is that I didn't have to leave the confines of my nice warm house to get this done. Enough people played a role in achieving this that nobody had to put in a serious effort. Cops were not impressed with the property management not responding to the situation after 2 phone calls and a text from me over a 5 hour period and it took an hour to respond after a phone call from CPS. Home owner in Vancouver will be contacted by CPS due to the number of complaints against house and will be made aware of her options. CPS knows that she's also a victim in all of this as the house still doesn't have an occupancy permit 17 months after the renovation started. These guys broke into the because they knew it was vacant due to the fact that they worked for the contractor.

My, my, what fun I have while stretching out on my couch all day and working the phone.

Happy New Years Eve Mornin'all. Had to boost Jordans car, this am. He flooded it, and ran the battery down. 05 Pontiac G6. It's been sitting since Friday noon, pluggeg in, I think the fuel pressure is bleeding down. I told him to turn the key on for 15 seconds before he cranks it over, and it seemed to work. I hate this extreme cold weather. Steak and Lobster for supper tonight. Too cold to use the bbq outside. I'll use the camp bbq from the motorhome, in the garage tonight. Have a great day guy's.
