I'm giving some serious thought to doing an EBay store with all these flat screen after this moving crap is over, it would also be a good time to put my not needed parts on kijiji . Every auction that I go to there is a few pieces that can go to ebay at a profit, a house with a basement would let me warehouse inventory.
I did marketing for so long it seemed like every thing was only a price tag. There's so much available that can be resold it isn't funny, the biggest problem is not falling in love with what your buying. 15-20% on the $ is the most I'll pay for anything. Some times there's only 2 or 3 items at the auction and sometimes theres 20 pieces. 4 hours a week shopping is all the time that I need to put into buying, the purchase leads will start coming my way once people start realizing that I'm a buyer. There's products that auctions don't like because of the volume they take in and how slow they sell. Having 1000 widgets is nice unless you're only selling 10 widgets 1 night a week.
Good morning Perry, Grant, John and all who lurk here..

Morris i hear you on the hoarding...if i went to equipment auctions my yard would be full of junk.
I like large equipment i have no use for.
I would be the guy with the yard all filled up with old graders and D8 dozers and rock trucks....of course not a bit of it would be in good working condition. But on a quiet night you could sit back and just listen to it all rust even more than it already has...
