Went years with 'anchorman hair', hair that stays put in a wind storm, as I had to maintain the professional look then shifted to the shaggy dog look when I changed trades to landscaping. Now I keep it short to keep it out of my eyes and most people react better when the hairs are shorter. Also get free haircuts now from Nga so I can afford to keep it trimmed.
My Grampa learned to cut hair in the 50s while watching Errol Pelsar, the town barber, cutting hair as Grampa was hammering on soles and heels on his last. As a result, we had good boots and shoes plus free haircuts as kids. Like most kids in town we to had German military haircuts, ja-whol. lol
We used to have Bob's Barber shop but I referred them as a butcher shop. Everyone got the same haircut, and you would think the recruiting office was next day...
I have congestion plus that added bonus of a dry hacking cough Shaun.
It shouldn`t take long to use up that Giant Tiger gift card Perry. Finally got a deal on Maxwell House coffee, 925 g for $4.88 at WalMart.
I get free military style hair cuts complements of my wife.

It's been that price here quite a bit lately too but still have 4 cans of it in the cupboard..lol
Usually Maxwell House is priced about the same as Folgers, $8.99 is about the best price I`ve seen lately. We have a few cans of Folgers but it`s time to stock up on Maxwell as I doubt we`ll ever see it at that price again. Plus we do go thru quite a bit of coffee in the winter.
I pick up a bag or 2 of cherry halls from GT every month to control my cough Morris. We got the coffee deal here at no frills, there's 7 cans in the cupboard along with 5 cans of coffee mate. Loaded up on $.57 cans of Campbell's and $1 a loaf bread and dry cat food. My cupboards and freezer are full enough to last until summer and then some.
The girls won't go hungry around here Michelle even though there's no mice, I just wish they'd leave the birds alone. Stocked up on peanuts for the squirrels also as they chase away the mice, magpies and crows.
