I ordered back in July a F250. It has been at Jack Cooper Transport since 10/19. Just finally found out from the dealer yesterday it is still waiting for the liner and now there is no ETA. 20 weeks and counting!!!!
80% of the folks working for "Ground Effects" on LinkedIn look in their early 20s. Yesterday, the "HR coordinator" at this location was throwing a rapper-style peace sign on his profile picture. The picture has since been removed. No wonder this cluster is happening.
I know it's only been 2 weeks since Ford announced the "bed liner delay" but has anyone gotten an update on their truck? I called AGAIN this morning and they said there hasn't been an update since 10/20 for my truck.

I would cancel my order and locate the same truck in dealer stock. Then get the liner done somewhere locally if you can't wait.
Good luck with your order!
If you can find me a F-350 CCLB DRW 4x4 6.7 w/ 4.10's, Lariat Ultimate, LED lights, power steps, tow technology, heated rear seats, upfitter switches, adaptive cruise in white or black with black interior I'll jump on a plane tomorrow to grab it.
The reason I've custom ordered it is because no dealer is going to stock a truck how I want it. I'm either going to spend money buying items I don't want, or settle for something that doesn't have everything I want. I've looked at going to a platinum as it has all these options but I'm not willing to swallow a $7k upcharge for painted bumpers, and different seats as this is the only thing you're getting that my Lariat order doesn't have.

Sorry...I get it. I ordered my last 15 F350. Was just thinking that since inventory is starting to build up, you might find one that would work for you.
By some miracle my truck was not delayed for the bed liner. My truck was built on 11/23 and then they were shut down for Thanksgiving on 11/24 and then the truck was sent over for the bed liner on 11/25, and the bed liner was done on 11/26 and my Truck was picked up on 11/27 then loaded on a rail car on 11/28. I was expecting a 2-4 week delay for the bed liner but it was done in 1 day. I sure hope they get that operation fixed so everyone else gets their truck soon.

My truck ended up getting released from the plant for transport on 11/21 with a new ETA of 12/01. I've been tracking it by train and on 11/28 the ETA bumped to 12/06. The truck is now in "Big Lift" Colorado only 60 miles from my dealer and Ford is showing a "manually adjusted" ETA of 12/21. My dealer is raising it up to try and find out why. It's very frustrating seeing trucks that were ordered 10 weeks after mine already in their owners hands. I couldn't imagine being one of the guys who ordered theirs in the spring and are still waiting.

Glad to see you have some movement on your ETA at least, even if it keeps moving. Mine is still the same it has been for over a month. I'm supposed to receive a call tomorrow from Ford Customer Care to give me an update. Any bets on it sounding like "I'm sorry for the inconvenience sir...rest assured we are working around the clock to get your vehicle to you as soon as we can, but I can not provide any updates as this time"?
PS: I decided to email the Ford CEO. I doubt it will reach him, but I thought I'd give it a shot.
That's funny. I'm suppose to receive a call Monday also. When I called Ford today the lady told me "I have an ETA for you!" I almost dropped my phone. But she continued reading the notes and said "I'm extremely sorry. The ETA was Nov 4th. " Then she continued to say how sorry and unusual this was
