Truck was made 10 days ago. Supposedly it's awaiting the 4 hour truck ride to the dealership.

Im still assuming this means it got the bed liner already unless they are shipping it out of state for bed liners.

That's good news because my truck was built on 11/7 with a bedliner and is shipping to NoCal. Dealer said on Friday it was shipping and they expect it at the dealership sometime this week. I weird part iswhen I ask chat what Is the status? she told me it was in production. I would have thought it would be turned over to in transit by now if it had shipped. So I'm confused!

This has good info, I'd been going back and forth having this Bedliner done at the factory vs at home and I'm glad I'm holding off until I receive it. It'll only be about $350 at my local Toff Bedliner installer and I've had them on several trucks and they are always great quality.

I for one don't mind Line-X prepping my bed. I'm never going to be removing the liner. I'd rather them sand it to make sure it bonds to to the bed.

After reading on this forum I also removed the BLIS after finding out it doesn't work with gooseneck or fifth wheel trailers.

OK, please explain why no BLIS with gooseneck???

I am no expert, but I don't believe it specifically forbids you from using it, it just doesn't work well due to the radar beams that emit from BLIS being unable to get around the wide trailer. (Due to it's close proximity to the tail lights) On a normal hitch connected trailer, it is far enough behind the tail lights to allow the radar beams to go alongside the trailer. Just a guess....

I don't think there was any bed liner delay.
I am so confused...I had a 10/20 build, then it was released to body for the bed liner, and has been there ever since. My dealer finally told me that he was notified that the body shop is behind over 1000 trucks, and won't be caught up until the end of December. I don't understand how that possibly happens, or how your build 11 days after mine got your bedliner before mine. Surely, there must be some method to the madness.

I hate you....and I don't even know you...

What did you order? Mine was a 250 Platinum Ultimate, just curious if it makes a difference if you ordered a 350.

It doesn't. I ordered a 350 lariat LB. Built Oct 20. Waiting just like you.

I got an update from my dealer today that my bedliner has been completed (11/20) 1 month and 1 day after my build that and that it has been released for shipment with an ETA of 12/03.

I was supposed to be called from a customer service manager yesterday, but I still haven't heard anything yet. Either they are overwhelmed with the number of vehicles delayed / people calling, or Ford has awful customer service, but they are about to lose a customer. (Not because the vehicle is delayed, but because they said I would be called and nobody did) This is my first Ford purchase ever, and they are about to lose a customer because there is no excuse for a vehicle to be delayed for an unknown amount of time, with nobody able to update it. It's a $75K truck for goodness sake! At least make my ETA TBD and stop telling my my ETA is still November 10th. It's just insulting! (Yes, I know...I'm whining!)

Well, it seems it makes no difference.

Well, let's hope I am not that far behind you. It's crazy that it took that long to get a spray in bed liner complete. The good news is that everyone says that once you get your truck, you will forget about all the time you waited. Let's hope that's true.
