Hey BigStu, have you heard anything on your truck? My ETA went from 11/22 to 11/25, now 12/22, salesman sez on the ramp to ship, chat sez still in production. Grrrrrrr.
Nope no update. All they see is it's in production and past it's ETA of 11/21. It been escalated, like that does anything, and I wait and wait and wait.

At least when it comes in by train it will be right in town for you. Just hope they can drive it to the dealer instead of waiting for a truck to carry it over. You should try for a railcar number when it leaves KY and get one of these fine fellows to track it for you, maybe even meet the train at the Antelope Rail Yards.

The Roseville rail yards by my house are just used for switching. Nothing is loaded or off loaded at this location. This is the biggest rail yard west of the missippi river. The truck will be offloaded in Benicia, CA. Which is an hour away. Then trucked to Sacramento.

Got E-mail from customer service today, my status went from in production, to in transit, ETA went from 12/22 to 12/23. Hope it"s on the way.
I started this thread almost a month ago and today I finally got the call that my truck was in. It got through the bedliner backlog fairly quick and shipped 11/22 but sat within 40 miles of my dealer for over a week at the rail yard. I'm just glad the 19 week wait is finally over and I can finally enjoy it.
These delays are just brutal fellas. Sorry about the bad luck. It seems like if the order build process gets sideways for any reason, it's hard to straighten it back out. Maybe the root of the problem is Ford's exception handling (or mis-handling) as we've seen so much of.
Sorry to desert you on the wait Stu. Pick mine up at 1:00 PM tomorrow. All that's left to do is write the check! Just keep your chin up and it will come cause if you let it get you down you'll wallow through to the end and that is not fun.
Still awaiting on mine as well. Past the original ETA. Nobody at the dealer or Ford has any info at all. No idea on any ETA. Last I was told by the dealer is that my truck along with several others were placed on the wrong rail car at the factory. It moved some and sat a lot. Last update dealer said it was dropping off in Mesquite TX on Dec 2nd. Still sitting there waiting on who knows what. Everyone says they have put it on an expedited status and nothing has changed. I'd hate to see what a regular or normal status gets treated.
