Forgot to mention that I replaced my trans oil pan with a 4r100 pan with the drain plug should of done this aloooong time ago. I cant believe with the new pan I manage to squeeze 21qts of trans fluid before only 19qts, also installed a new trans mount, the rubber on the old one felt spongie.
So far since the tc install I manage to put 150miles and so far so good and couldn't be happier. More updates and more goodies to come
Maintance is key and of course the first 730 had an aftermarket cooler with a fan so im pretty sure that had to do with the longevity of her, trans fluid done about every 30k. When I removed the oil pan to see if the tc had release any debris, to my surprise the pan was clean as always . I dont know if you can tell from the tc drain how clean the oil is (I remember it was close to 30k since the last oil change so I put new one in
Also a spike of curiosity was that the tc had HD on the side, wich I never even noticed Theres no stoping this E4OD I can attest what good maintance does and a good after market cooler will do, SO NEVER CHEAP OUT ON YOUR TRANS COOLERS AND MAINTANCE!!!..do it youll be glad you did
Most Of the pictures I took of the tranny got erased from my phone but the tranny was disgusting, full of droil and soot from when I had an exhaust manifold leaking, a good clean with shop towels and lots of brake cleaner did the job.
I forgot to ask and haven't seen it, but are your miles documented? Does it show on the registration? That is A LOT of miles and our trucks turn back to zero at 399,999. Just wondering.

Just to clarify on my first post Some of the info might of been wrong thats why I went thru.my files and found some the real miliage
Yup they are registered miles they are archived at the office , back when I join into FTE I mention that I got my odometer programmed back to 0 miles because I thought the od messed up kept going back to 300k (did not know at the time) so installed it and its back to 385k (edit this portion after going thru my files, dam memory) In the state of Mew Mexico once the miles hit 100k to exempt them, hope this helps.
I got it with (edit this part due to inaccuracy) 298k.
From 95 thru 2000 files got lost (old computers) so the old mechanic started doing everything in paper
In 2000 truck had 120,900
This is when work picked up do to war and Fort bliss was growing so alot of construction
In 03 the first set of injectors went in and glow plugs mileage was 212k
In 04 at 260k full suspension over haul minus springs and leaf springs
New brake pads rotors bushings etc
In 2005 truck had 375,655
In 2006 rolled back and reprogrammed to 0 miles(this was my first year in this company) (Another edit truck had 322k/was 422 when reprogram took place)
And oil change oil change november 27 at 5k
In 2010 truck had 215k (this is when I got transfered from roofer to maintance man )
In 2012 truck had 298k wich is when I aquired her, from here I dont document miles since I own her .
Man theres just to much info to post up littrraly there are more than. 700 pages of info man I keep goin thru files and find more stuff.
Yesterday was a good day, my local Autozone gave me free stuff (thank you commercial account got some led strips, a breaker bar seat covers, batt cables, more leds, and a B&M ****, well enoigh chit chat heres some pics of the led strips I installed on the Mule
Sorry I never replied to your documentation response. Very cool. How are the trans issues coming?
Unfortunately im still having them , I just keep using the tc lock switch, works great though, no slippage or anything just like before. The other day I gave the Mule hell, setting her on the hottest tune doing 0-85 mph runs(even more but you know these clusters) to see where my egts were at, to my surprise the return trans cooler line (the ones vissible on top)was warm to the tuch, and the supply one was about the same, so it got me thinking, "Is my tranny running too cool"? Remember, I have two transcoolers a 6.0 and a 7.3 hook together, I remember I never had this problem before, but at the same time I did all my mods so hard to tell what caused it.
Man I need a trans cooler gauge
Not part of the build but decided to post some pics of todays trip the Guadalupe Mountain.
Enjoy.

Those two barrels are full of sand maybe 700lbs each or even more, I used them when it snowed here at our dessert, I had no traction what so ever, once full of sand I had all the grip I needed I just been too lazy to get them off
