You have to change that OLD ORANGE intake boot, they are known as goes bad and dust your turbo, and I can see barely a cut near the clamp in the bottom.

Way ahead of you i just order one from riffraf on monday.
So I decided to paint the trim pieces from the seats with this color.
Painted
And installed on the seats
I told myself, doors missing something, decided to pop out the rear perforated lart of the panel (I did not know the rears were hold by clips) so I saved time not removing the whole door pannel
The before and after.
Now that really made a difference. Looks good. Isn't that intake a little loud when towing? You have the prefect set up for this truck with out going over board for your use. Glad to here how it worked out.

The turbo loud, Not so much, my straight pipe muffles it.
But in reality it doesn't bother me it's not so overwhelming, I can hear my kids talk and a plus they love the sound of what they call "Mommys Gun"(hair dryer) my Excursion pulling the same trailer, now thats a whole can of worms. That thing is loud, its straight piped 5.4
Did you happen to clean that door before reinstalling the panel? Just wondering. You're inspiring to start fixing the small thing on my interior now that most of the mechanics are accomplished. Nice job man!

I did, looked like new.
Also fixed the holes were the door panel bolts to they were stripped, a good hamer to them till they were flat and back to shape. The door don't squeek no more
The jk is huge almost a 3/4 of a mile. None of the 60 obs trucks had the driver side panel, even the broncos but I did manage to score a tail gate
Has a small dent but the one I had was trashed.
Heres was another candidate but was warped in the inside and the alum piece had some broken clips
I guess it wasn't a waste of time after all
Anyone looking for the D60 swap with coils or leaf springs there were 20 trucks from 99 all the way way to 2010 but they were all missing the hub assembly (stupid people most of wich come from other jks sell them in their jk to have a huge profit on this parts. Imagine a complete axle is only $150.00 and they just take the hub assemblys
Wow! We have quite a few salvage yards here I need to go looking in soon. I need mostly the same stuff you do....interior stuff. I also need a glove box door if you happen to see one. Some idiot took the cig lighter in mine and melted circles into the plastic.
