One more issue, I've got the STIC hardware running on Win10 with IDS v116. Power balance works and I can turnoff compensation and individual injectors. Turbo test doesn't seem to work, although it does set the RPM appropriately, but then doesn't run the turbo vanes up/down and says test complete and no test results.

EGR intact, but codes p0488 and p1334 present. I would assume these would prevent the test from running. Wonder why the SW wouldn't indicate that preconditions for the test aren't met.
Regarding IPR and EGR active commands, I wasn't patient enough and seems like several seconds for the command to execute.

The ability to control #items with the active contol feature is very hit or miss, and mostly miss, with this STIC/IDS combination that I have. Once in a great while the #IPR, #EGRDC, #VGTDC will respond, never #FP to turn the fuel pump on/off.

Ended up uninstalling IDS v116 and dropping back go v113. Turbo Test, and all active commands work as they should. When an active command for the fuel pump, for example, gets transmitted, the FP# changes to FP= in v113 and I assume this indicates the command is accepted. In v116 it would display FP! likely indicating the command is rejected. So, I assume this is likely a bug in v116.

Hi Sean this is my first time posting on here so forgive me if I do something incorrectly but I also have a 2004 550 with a late 2003 year model 6.0 in it, and I was also wondering about the correct clone with the ids software that would work best for diagnosing my engine.
