The grille is good but I need to replace the Ford oval and headlight bezels. When I do I will definitely do this as it's a really nice improvement for the money and time.

I got a really good deal on my Ford grille emblem. I only paid $24 for mine. Cheapest one on Fleabay that I saw.
I appreciate the links! That is way cheaper than the ones I looked at. I may do this sooner than later for that price.
Anytime! I've become pretty good at finding parts for cheap. Most of the time I don't have anything to do so I'll search the same part over like 3-5 different brands the find the best part for the cheapest price. Even if I only do save $2 sometimes. It all adds up in the end.

Oh definitely. Especially with a truck like mine that needs so much.
New parts are great and all but sometimes visiting a junkyard is fun as well along with the parts you need, you can find clothes, makeup, beer cans, and maybe even the one part you always wanted but never needed.

I found a coat sitting in the engine bay of a 73-75 F100 with a 302 in the JY the other day. Didn't take it though. Kind of ridiculous what they want for a used DS II module there. $20 for a used one?! everything else seems pretty reasonable though.
Thanks, Matthew. It does look good. But, it is hard to compare with your "before" pic since the sun was on the grille in that one. So, if you catch the sun shining there in Washington, ......
The junk yard can be reasonable. It takes the right people though. Budget, if you can put it in your pocket, do that. They charge a lot and usually aren't overly friendly. U went over to Spokane recently and visited a junkyard there. Paid $106 out the door for a hood, door with full glass and mechs, some other odds and ends, and a hydroboost brake booster for me.

They did give me a wiper **** for free though they told me to just keep it.
The tall guy named Jon that works at the Auburn yard seems the friendliest of them all that works there. The shorter guy with the beard seems kind of bothered to deal with people.
So far they all seem to be bothered to help. Which I can understand, in Auburn there would be a lot of interesting people coming in trying to steal stuff make a mess. They just have to regulate things better.

I got a spare tire from the tire section next door and the little mexican dude was happy to rip the tire off the truck for me LOL he was the nicest out of them all.
Although, it's a junk yard. Places like that are usually run by jerkoff's. Just like sometimes you go in to landscape supply companies and it's the same deal.
