Projector is here. I have it all apart restoring it right now. Not much energy, cancer is back, kicking my butt good this time...…
I'll post pics of the progress when I get back out in the shop
Yeah for the record I'm not a cat lover, but he looks pretty dang happy lol. Did Coleman ever make a kero space heater? Can't recall seeing one. Seems like that would have been a good product for them.
Okay, not lanterns... but they are Coleman. I was able to grab these fuel caps and a funnel, from three old Coleman stoves, that someone at work threw in the metal scrap bin. One is a brass cap with vent? (I polished it up while at work) and the two others are steel. One was plain steel, and the other was brass plated/coated. I thought I scored two brass caps at first, but found out it was only plated when I went to polish it and the coating buffed right off revealing it was steel underneath.

^^ The screw type are an earlier version. Thanks to this thread here I found replacement gaskets and tips for removal & install. They needed fresh gaskets (by now) for the tanks to hold pressure.
If you screw the ‘3 piece’ cap into a fount firmly, you can loosen the screw. Then I prefer to burn out the rubber gasket from the 3rd piece.
That works great. The gaskets were more like Bakelite then rubber after all this time. I don't use the stove and lanterns very often but it's nice that they work as advertised when required right from the git go. Coleman was one of those great American companies.
Another (free) small score today... Our maintenance guy at work said he heard I was into Coleman lanterns, and he had a small bag of stuff for me. Later he gave me some new mantels and two funnels.
The one in the box was the plastic automatic shut-off kind, and the other, No.0 aluminum funnel appears to be new/unused also, and has the blue felt filter in the bottom. It was just plain (gray'ish) aluminum, so I polished it up to set it apart from my others I had at home. The oldest mantle package on the left, has $0.29 on the (Shoppers Fair) price tag. The newer one on the right has $1.50 on (the Outpost) price tag
