They do hear... I once told my girl, "hey, imagine the truck doesn't turn over", this was while we were coming out of the cinema at 10pm... Guess what? I couldn't start it for the life of me...
So I was discussing my 460 swap plan with my co worker, and we got onto the topic of dropping my 351 into his tiny Hyundai car. We discussed all the mods it would take and how cool it would be to make something that ridiculous become a reality... It was a fun conversation.
I didn't understand a damn word he said either LOL
I think a mod removed it. When I quoted him there was a lot of image codes that I think were broken or something. Last I checked my phone loaded pictures just fine.
Anywho, a pinto with a 351M would be interesting. but this guy's Hyundai would be even better. we had planned that we would have to put the engine in the trunk and through the back seats. And we would do a reverse system so the motor is backwards with a traveling leading up to the front drive system from a 4wd truck that had independent suspension. Like a yota or something. I highly doubt any of this would ever happen but it was funny to think about.
It would be quicker except for the fabrication. The Hyundai body is not as wide as a bronco frame. Or nearly as long. Besides this would end up being low profile so that it would be hard to tell what it has in it. We figured you could drain the fluids of the normal motor and leave it in there as a dummy, then hide the real power under some cleverly places plywood and make it a sleeper. Then when you race that kid with the fart can rice burner, you can smoke him easily
I have everything I need to do the work for the bronco. Just need a nice day to do it. I went to walmart to get my 96 cent can of glossy paint and left with a can of paint and a new Zippo lighter for my collection... It was under $10 so I figured i would grab it while I had the chance.
Wait... How do you know? Haha, it's just a plain jane kind of satin chrome(?) lighter. I have one other but it has a gold engraved design on it. The other few that I have are painted ones.
Ah, yup. I had never seen walmart sell zippo's before so I figured they had a bigger selection, maybe over by the cigarettes or something. I want to expand my collection but it is slow going.
