Hey guys, made it back safe and sound.. Just a small conical of my trip

Can you identify this motor??

Been a while since diesel was cheaper than gasoline.... And $5/gallon??
Dads is crew captain for Crew 6 (GAB6 in the photo.) , there in front. Its a 2002(He thinks..?) International 4900 powered by a T466E. Seats 18, 16 passangers in the back, and one up front next to the driver, called "the swamper" he is the inmate that is kind of in charge, and works closest with the capt.

I know it could be ANY thing, but that tube caught my eye.
Its got a small oil filter thought, thats the red thing.

To attend Springer "Nationals". Annual Springer best-of-the-best show and field trials, hunt testing, agility, obedience, etc. Have gone to every one since 2001. It moves around the country, and is the reason for a cross-country road trip (usually) every year. This is the first year to fly in.
Usually the rescue attends as a fundraiser, but this year it's to relax and meet new friends and see old ones that we only see at these events.
We sight-saw Boston (never been there before) for three days prior, and will visit friends in Philadelphia for three days afterward.
We're back the middle of next week.
