Does the turn signal switch inter change with the 80-91 F-series pickups?

1987/89 F600/800 with FTO Diesel / 1990/94 F600 with Cummins 6.1L Diesel / 1990/98 F700/800 with Cummins 6.1L Diesel.

No number, I havent tore it down it yet. Trying to get everything lined up that I will need first. This is a picture i found from a dead site.

Head diference's

Hi Bill, we have a exhaust port cracked on the head of a 391. We have
in storage & I don't know what it is, but it has a massive 5 speed Spicer trans. I know its not a car 390, it has the big pilot bearing it has typical
FT exhaust manifolds. Question is are these HD's Ft's the same heads,
like it could be a 330???
