I had a 1963 Texas Maid 15' runabout as my first boat. The Mercury engine was toast, ended up with a Johnson 30 HP on it. I rebuilt that boat incl floor, seats, carpet and steering. Your pics bring back memories.
My brother, when my Pop passed away back in '03, said we need to earn the life Dad was able to give us (Dad came through some heavy crap in Korea and Vietnam), and to treat it with honor and respect, striving to make a good memory every day.
Wally World sells some stuff in their automotive section for convertible tops that works pretty good on my 66 Mustang, but I'm assuming that it has some bleach in it.
My wife found that Tilex https://www.clorox.com/products/clor...over/original/ knocks out the stubborn awning stains that develop when its rolled up wet of gets soaked towing in the rain. Some folks we met while camping gave us a jug of this house wash https://www.homedepot.com/p/Mold-Arm...-301530684-_-N which does a pretty good job at general cleaning of the awning leaving only those few really stubborn spots. We wash with soapy water after each.
One trip down this week (will post pics), on Wednesday we head to Tennessee. The Ex pulling the camper will get a workout pulling US421 to the Blue Ridge, 5 miles of 8% grade.
I gave the boat a workout on Saturday. I had nine 14 year olds at the lake for my daughters birthday party and all wanted to tube so I took them out in shifts. That 4.3L Chevrolet was wide open throttle and then slow down, wide open to stop for 4 hours +. At the end my mid 80+ year old parents went for a ride with me, the boat liked it much better as it was an easy constant speed trip. If you ever want to stress an engine, put it in a boat.

It seems Purple Power isn't working, it worked on my other TT but not this one.
I use Ultra One on everything..... house, trailer, driveway and any other scuzzy moldy greasy stained goopy thing I have to clean. Works great. https://www.ultraoneclean.com/
Actually used it to clean my roof shingles. Had the green mold/algae streaks. Used a 4:1 dilution, water/degreaser, and an RV brush. Worked awesome and didnt harm the shingles.

Just finished mounting 5 new Carlisle Radial Trail HD's in load range E with some new metal valve stems. Heading out on Thursday for a long weekend this week and leaving next week for Lake Cumberland in Kentucky. Can't wait for the next few weeks.
Just got back from a week in the camper at the lake house with the 4 grandkids and others, next was a 4 night houseboat trip with 11 adults and 14 teenagers, and then 2 more nights in the camper before heading home. Boating and in the lake almost everyday, all at Lake Cumberland.
