here's my 49 Flatrod II (flat motor, flat paint) hauling home the tools from a basement remodeling job for a friend. the truck and i are semi-retired, but we keep busy with projects.

Last month I used my '54 to haul railroad ties to our soccer complex to keep people from driving on our fields.I had about 12 ties on this load and boy were they heavy!

Haven't seen a thread lately from "Working Trucks". I know some of you guys use yours to work....

I love your 56 F350! I would love to have a 53-56 or even up to a 65 F-350 dump, flatbed or contractors dump, in working and running condition...

'54 hauling original engine

My truck originally had a 239 Y-block and it was replaced w/ a '69 302.

I found this 1954 239 Y-block for sale and the '54 F-100 met the test to haul it home. I plan to put the original 239 back in.

I spotted this '53 F-100 in Laguna Beach, California last week. Neat truck - from all appearances it looks like an original survivor.

i stopped at a local business to ask about some wheels they had on an old trailer and the boss man had this pic on his wall. its a 51 f2 or f3 pushing a mountain of snow.
