I saw that PanelCOE at a local car show a few years ago. It was done nicely. The current owner bought it on Ebay from a guy out in the Midwest or East Coast for something like $10k. He used it to advertise his business, "Woopsiedaisy Toy Shop". It's still written on the sides. At the show, while it wasn't advertised for sale, he said that he'd sell it for $14k. There was barely any room for the pedals on the floor. It had a Chevy engine and drivetrain. From what I remember, it may also have been sitting on a Chevy 1/2 or 3/4 ton truck frame.
Now I see that it has Japanese license plates. So, maybe he did finally sell it. I wonder when that photo was taken.
COP? POE? Come on spell it out guys. I still haven't figured out LOL yet.
The preacher at our church used to think LOL meant lots of love, which was OK when the text came from family members. But when friends, especially men friends used it he got a little worried! Now that is LOL!

Herb Caen used LOL long before the internet. He used it for "Little Old Ladies".
