Not yet.. Thats part of the upgrade! LOL! Running wires has been this ongoing project. To limit headache for now, I am going to run the rear windows independantly. I know the CC wiring for this is a huge headache!
any idea how you gonna do it? are the rear door insides the same as the front?

I am likely going to use a standard 2-door PW switch and wiring. I havent researched yet as to whether or not the rear PW motors and regulators are the same as the front ones. If they are, I can use the same assemblies, it not I will just have to order them in. I was not planning as of yet to link all 4-doors together when it came to wiring for a few reasons. One, finding a CC wiring harness in good shape is a little bit of a challenge, and two, the Drivers door panel would have to have the larger PW/PD port for the switches, and thats really hard to come by.
Later on after collecting those parts I would link them all up, in the mean time, this would work. The last challenge I have, is finding CC rear door panels that accomodate PW/PD. These parts are really hard to come by!
thats what i wanted to know, if they were the same, i would yank the motors out of my 97 and convert my rear doors, also. the rear panels just have the switch kinda stuck on them. looks aftermarket, not like the front.
I am wondering though with the rear door panels, where the manual window roller is run through, if perhaps a panel can be moddified for a single switch! Thats what I am interested in as well!
Not as of recently. About the time I get time to get in there, its too warm, and when its the right temp, I am stuck down at the arenas working the little ones.. LOL! I should have something soon!
I did have a couple snaffues with the dash I have to get back to though. For one, the fuel tank selector switch, its not connecting correctly to the plug. The selector switch is off of the gas model (should be the same?) but wont butt up against the plug, and chasing a few plugs behind the WTS light and getting those right. I may end up pulling the dash all over again and retrying. Hard to say yet. I caught some tips and info about Peal N Seal being used on the firewall and how it helped reduce cab noise from the engine.. Thinking on that one.. LOL!
Isnt it fun trying to get the rear windows removed from the doors? Took me forever to get it figured out that all the weatherstripping has to be pulled out and left hanging, before anything else can come free!
I havent had a chance to get back in to mine lately. Temps have been back up there in the "too warm" catagory.. as soon as I get a break, that will change!
