Ok.. Fair enough then! Now I know what goes into the recylcing can, and what goes back on! After fussing with the fuel pump intertia switch and wiring, I was done for the evening! LOL!
Now here is a fun question for you, since it sounds like you are right along with me at the same stage....
HVAC lines.. Several colored tubes that run from the switch assembly to the heater box.. For a heater box with AC, how many of those colored tubes should there be?
i think the white and black tubes went into the firewall to under the hood. the rest stay inside
I had some concerns too about the wiring harness under the truck as well.. My donor was an Ext. Cab, while the recipiant truck was a CC.. Some extra distance there.. I fortunately ran the wiring up along the upper inside part of the chassis, which gave me the extra few inches to get that needed extension!

Gotcha, now how many of them are there running to the selector switch? Thats got me guessing! I should have marked it down when I pulled the swap, but cant recall now, and just want to make sure I have it right as I dont want to pull this dash again!
LOL.. Yeah, we can do with less of those from now on! LOL!
Awesome pic.. Now I think I can get it squared away.. I thought I was missing some tubes, wasnt sure, now I have to double check. I may need to hit you up again as for plug in specs, but other then that good to go.. for now.. LOL! Thank ya!
the plug does look like it is missing some tubes, but that is the way it is. i got the engine and tranny in last night. now it is time to start the hooking up stuff and adapting my wiring harness for the rear door locks and third brakelight

thats what iam doing... EXT cab to a CC. are you talking about the cab wires or the frame?
Because the harness is shorter with the Ext cab as compared to CC models, what I did was where originally the wiring harness that runs along the chassis from the firewall to the rear of the truck, was run the harness along the topside of the chassis on the inside of the chassis. The factory set-up had the harness resting along the bottom of the chassis on the inside. I just moved it up and along the top on the inside.. This gave me a few extra inches more of harness to play with, which helped in keeping the harness from crimping itself at the connector.
I was actually surprised that the harness worked and wasnt shorter.. Man, if it had been, I can only imagine all th soldering and lengthening work ahead!
What did you do for the inside the cab? For the rear speakers and stupid brakelight? I see no way around soldering and extending It. Also, I just started it. Hopefully go for a ride in a bit
