I see nothing good comming from 13 inches of lift with stock RA set up. I think the superlift 9''er drop brackets get a hair crazy.
Extend your radius arms and use the biggest degree c bushing you can find. See where they land on the frame distance back and height and make/buy a bracket from there. Profit.
If your gonna cut you arms off make sure you do it somewhere your not gonna make a mess, remember, the first arm is the easiest, the second one however gets tricky.

Not 4 link. Extended radius arms. You make your stock style radius arms longer to give you better flex, and more importantly in your case to have a less steep angle on them when you have homogheyhuge lift.
