EDIT4PICS!
bumper rub begone in grinder format
stupid law enforcement...i need to make some better hangers so they actually cover the width of the tire
As for your 3.50 vs 3.55, tht doesn't matter. My 205 gets stuck some times too, I usualy ony lock the front axle in when its needed, and pop it back out rightaway when its not needed. Are you shifting the front axle when your moving or stoped? I always shift mine when I'm moving. Makes it easier. Only stop, when shifting rear axle from low to high.
Nope, off road projects never finished. I guess I didn't look that close to see that hack job bumper. You know, a sawzall works wonders on bumpers. That's what I used on my DD.
Glad you finally finished it - well for the time being. You never actually finish an offroad project.
haha yeah my entire bumper is freakin epic...im tempted just to ditch it all together but then they might try and give me a ticket for that too...any it has only begun LOL...4.56s and powertrax within a month

thats called "**** 2 MINS TILL CLASS GO BABY GO!" HAH when have i said that before ...and from the rest of the bumper does it really look like i was trying to make it look good LOL
bad news...my front end likes to pop out of gear when in use...hi and low...not completely sure why yet...but when i was making those latest poser flex pic i popped the front into lo and left the rear in netural (dry pavement 3.50 front, 3.55 rear = bad idea) and i was climbin and hit the second curb part and it popped out of gear...it does it in hi too, i noticed that one while rootin through the mud in those vids...the camera man said he heard it
not too sure if its not completely engaging or theres something up with that damn poppet ball thing on the shift rail?
good news is, theres not metallic shavings chunks or residue in the oil...yet...so thats saying its not severly F***ing up
oh and i figured out how to get the front end to come out of hi and lo...back up a few feet while lightly pulling on the shifter...works every time
Also 3.50 front and 3.55 rear isnt going to cause problems. A difference in air pressure or tire wear from front to rear will be just as "bad" as a .05:1 ratio difference.
