Not bad. Lemme guess, it's a diesel? Those things seem to run forever.

nope, 460 with a 4 speed. It gets 5 mpg but just wont stop runnin.
I got a deisel to put in for the mpg gain, but then found out how much the parts cost for them. So i will keep the big block gasser.
I like them better any way.

Sweet. Does it have any aftermarket stuff like headers, exhaust, etc. or is it all stock?

I think people here know what diesel I'd put in a truck....lol

lol, yes you made it clear that you are in love with Detroit's.
The PO put a hotter cam and bored it to 490, the egr is off.
It is mostly stock. Has duel pipes, not sure if that was stock.
I think the headers are stock.

Nice. How's it run overall?

I wish Ford woulda gave me stock headers for my truck :P

My mission for today is to clean out both my truck and the Jeep. Lots of mess and junk in both, and today that shall change. Gonna vacuum both of them out too....using what else, but a Kirby. :P

EDIT: Nice, got pics?

Been having some trouble getting this forum to load this evening.....I couldn't even get it to load at all for a couple hours. When it would load, it'd only do so partially, and only some images would show up. But now it works, what do ya know.

I've wondered lately how a 4.0L I6 from a Jeep (Cherokee, for example) would do in an 80s F-150. Of course, the truck is a solid 1,000 pounds heavier than a Cherokee, but I bet it'd stack up against the Ford 4.9 Six pretty good.
