Oh man you shoulda seen it the other day. It'd hardly load at all, and when it did, it was mostly texted based and missing alot of the images. It straightened out after a while though.

EDIT: I suppose you could challenge it, if you can prove that your battery, gas can and oil drain pan weren't leaking anything onto the ground. Plus you weren't even aware of this law, either.
