Evolving emissions requirements forced the Powerstroke to evolve into the engine it is today. Sure it's got 350hp and 650lb-ft of torque, but I'm perfectly happy with my 250hp and 525lb-ft!

I will say this, though. As much negative press that the 6.0 has gotten, there are alot of them down here at the campgrounds...and the malls !

Wow...that wasn't inflammatory or anything...

I think this was the "inflammatory" statement if you must ask.

BTW: what are the extra set "grundys" for? Is your truck that dirty?

I'm pretty sure "North Texas" is the problem, not the challenge.

I just wanted to see that one again. By the way, know why I drive a V10? Because they don't make a Super Duty with a V12.

.45...because they don't make a .46.

If you were a stock 6.0 leaker, I'd blow your doors off, even after you were puking your coolant on the side of the road. The only way you can beat a stock V-10 is to hop yours up. When your 6.0 leaker is dead at 150k, my V-10 will go that far and another 150k.

I'm coming to Texas on a project, and I'll give you a go even with you being hopped up. You might get whipped.

Damn, sounds like the newb wants to take up the challenge!!

And on the point of "people starving while others are blowing money on tractor pulls"- well although we should cut all external funding and take care of our own country first- I drive like I stole my truck at 12mpg because I work hard enough that I can. Those "poor folk" can get off thier dead asses and earn a paycheck in the military, and then they too can drive at tractor pulls. When I'm done sweatin' my *** off out here I plan on putting on bigger injectors, and a bigger turbo, because I can!

I agree that they should take care of this country first and that Robinhood was a hero.
