He didn't have to go out, he threw a farewell party at his house for a bud that has joined the elite few of men and women serving our country. A very good friend, I might add.

Uhh..no, I don't think so.

I like you guys too much than to put you through that kind of torture.
My head is killing me from the party i threw last night like Steve said. Where were ya Lis, i thought you were coming....

The reason i can no longer run is because i have a replaced left knee. Running is no longer in my future.

I had a complete acl, mcl surgery on my knee... oh just over a year ago now, I was never a runner, but I can sure give er just like I used to be able to, and I even run more now that I got my knee done, just to make sure it stays in shape!

Jogging at 6 in the morning at minus 15C with the wind isnt fun though!

Haha, if we lived in the same vicinity, I would have.

10-4 on the 2nd thing. That stinks, but based on the pictures I saw on Facebook, it looks like you've taken up lifting, and have been for some time. It looks good on you.

I choose running, not because I like it, but because it whops my ***. When I work out on elipticals or other machines, I have a hard time getting my heart rate up enough to feel the burn...but boy when I run I can get it up there no sweat. Back a few years ago I lost some lbs from running, at first it sucked pretty bad and I hated it but after a while I started to "enjoy" it..as sick as that might sound. I'd like to get back to that place.

Haha, thanks Lis. Yeah i lift everyday and i absolutely hate it. I know it's weird. I just do not like working out at all, but if i miss a day i am disappointed in myself and feel like crap. It just sucks that i am so young and already have so many problems with my legs.

Hmm, yeah, I get where you're coming from. Wish I was one of those people who enjoyed working out.

That stinks about your legs...seems everyone has a body part that doesn't want to work right. I have gastrointestinal issues and scars on my stomach from surgeries to prove it.

Well, tore apart the intake on the Llumina. Looks like bad gaskets. Not as bad as I had thought. I spoke with Mike (Ford79) for quite a while. He did some research for me and seems that is a pretty common issue on that motor. So now I need to order some parts and do a little routine maintenance while everything is apart.

Thanks Mike!!!!

No not at all. You're fine.... Well to start, i was a catcher for about 12 years so that started things, i am an avid snowboarder, and at one point i was squating close to 700 pounds. The day after my high school graduation i had my first knee surgery which was both knees at once. Then i had my next which was also both knees. Then i had my left one done 4 more times because i was an idiot and cant stop playing sports. Then finally, i screwed the bones up so much in that knee that they just replaced it which will have to be redone in like 10 years
