When I built the house 2 years ago, Kelly jumped from the second story deck rather than take the stairs to get down...She broke her paw in 2 places. Nearly impossible to keep her still but we sedated her enough to make her lay down...She likes to be by my side...
Thanks Jay. I made it as far as Starbucks, now Im home. Actually reading up on some history around the mountains here. There is supposedly over 5000 abandoned mineshafts where I like to hike, and I found one recently but didnt have any gear to even look inside...Made me very curious. It appears that there is still gold and silver ore in most of them, and hikers routinely chip some off now and again. Sounds like a fun hiking trip for next year.
