So what are people doing this weekend? We are going to an annual reunion we have with a group of people I have known for up to 44 years. Should be a blast.
Wow that is an oddball Mark. I don't have any of those in my shop. Sorry...I haven't seen one of those in a long time. Do you want me to see if I can cross reference one for you?
Thanx Jim, but a local place had them in stock...they werent cheap though!

Congrats Sheldon!
Hey Everyone!!
I have been writing up my recent events for a lawyer to persue my case against the disability company...I need to make sure I have all the facts and dig up every scrap of mail and email I can get my hands on...its gonna be a tough battle...made all the tougher because there isnt a lot of money involved ( at least from the lawyers perspective ).
My plans for the weekend are work. So I guess it's a workend.
I start at the orchard on weekends again tomorrow.
And they offered my brother a full-time job. I believe he's starting on Monday. My brother likes it because his commute is about 100 feet from his bed to the warehouse.
We had torrential downpours here today. The roads all got flooded. It was an interesting drive home, but it's slowed down a lot now.
I know I start trouble everywhere I go. And thanks. How are things for you Mark? Meet any ladies at the dog park?

Looks a lot better than what I have seen for sale around here this year.
Thanks Jay. The multi colors kinda surprised me too.

Yes I grew those myself. My first corn. Pretty easy to grow, its just hard to keep the animals away from them. The raccoons loooove corn, and I find myself wondering how the farmers deal with it. I guess they don't.
Lisa, I have met a lot of ladies at the park...I can even remember a few of their names!
I seem to remember the dogs names easier!
I love bicolor corn...I think it is sweeter and it is easy to grow,
I think the farmers just plant so much corn that a few missing from raccoons arent worth the hassle...unless they trap them and release them near your home!
farmers deal with the raccoon and deer eating the corn and veggies by planting way more than needed, to compensate for the critters.
groundhogs are a bigger problem than the deer, coons, and birds.
the bigger problem for farmers is bugs.
