Good morning!
It is a beautiful day and I am taking my horse on a trail ride for a few hours. Several of my rodeo buddies are staying for a night so they are getting my guy for me and off we shall ride. The weather is amazing so it is some serious brush poppin' time.

For those of you who do have motorcycles of any makes please save yourself the hassle of trying to order parts on line from this mickey mouse operation.
I am very sorry, we do not have technical support and cannot provide you with part numbers. I would suggest calling your local Kawasaki dealer to get more information on these parts. Unfortunately we can only look up price and availability with specific part numbers.
Once you have placed your order on the website, it is automatically processed with the manufacturer and cannot be changed or cancelled. However, once you receive your order you can contact our online call center to receive a return number. As long as you re-order the correct part before we receive your return, you will not have the 25% restocking fee.

Sorry to hear about you lackluster experience Ed. Why is it so hard for businesses to realize that the only unique thing they have to offer is "fabulious custome service"?

Customer service these days is definitely more miss than hit. I've got a package out for delivery to me right now through UPS. Daily, I'll see the driver on my street by 10AM. Today, of course, it's almost 4PM and still no UPS. Never fails....
ED - in regards to replacement parts, quite often I'd find a wrecked bike with the parts I was looking for and get them. Typically for MUCH cheaper than even the online guys, but then it's not a new part either... just a thought. But you are right, that sucks what you have to go through... LAME.

No not since last weekend.but there is some more coming up soon I got sum tricks up my sleeve and I can't wait. Now I gotta get a trailer and a something else back then I will be traveling around to different pulls.
