I just love it when idiots teach people to shoot wrong. Both my son's noticed that she never had her finger outside of the triggergaurd for starters, they're 8&9 and both licensed hunters.......

She never had control of that gun in any sense of the word....that and at no point in time was she even attempting to pay attention to what was going on.
Do you have any pictures of you and your boys out hunting?

I'll have to dig some up for you Lisa, there on my other pc and not in photobucket. Here's one from last Dove season though, they didn't hunt, but made great retrievers, and cleaners! My two are on the left.

Nice! Looks like a fun time. Just noticed the Ford hat on the smallest one. lol
Went camping in June and watched my 3-year-old nephew plink a few targets with his little .22 (while he was in my brother's lap, of course). Learning never starts too early. Little tyke prolly shoots better than I do!!!!
I started mine off at that age also. My wife worked retail and if I wanted to go hunting, they were coming with me because of her schedule. They've been out chasing elk and deer since they were 3 and 4. But alas, that's when I lived 30 minutes from a heard or two..........It sucks living in town now. What a culture shock for them. No more shooting at coyotes out the back door, watching out for the cows, driving the tractor. Now it's don't play in the street, watch out for cars, becarefull who you talk too, and etc.
