Short wait, gives ya lots of time to plan ahead and whatnot. Im sure you could start up a small one and do some stuff at any age, like small scale landscaping and mowing and whatnot.
Sure beats the hell out of working at mcdonalds like lots of young people would do!

Last fall I worked in their little store. I was supposed to be working one day in their little store and one day running a fork lift in the packing house. Unfortunately the other kid they tried hiring for the day where I would run the lift was totally incompetent so I ended up having to work in their store both days. I wasn't complaining though. $10/hr is $10/hr.
Hopefully they can get me some work mowing between rows of trees and string trimming around buildings, walls, etc.
And yea I could do under the table work now, but we don't talk about that in public places like FTE.

I believe you have to be 18 to get a business license. So I guess it'll have to be 2 years from now rather than next year to start my own business. The deal for this year was going to be dad's company bid on it and we'd figure the profit margin and break it down to hourly and the profit would go to me.
Well it's late and I'm tired so I'm going to go sleep now.
Other than Nick, Sheldy, and myself it's been pretty quiet in here tonight.
And a question for Nick before I leave: Did anything ever happen with your skid decisions?
