i looked at him and said" this is a 50 tom machine, on a 11 foot wide trailer. chains ain't gonna do a dang thing if it decides to go over."

the trooper said "yes they will, they will take you over with it, and i will know who dropped that damn thing on my highway"

we both got a good laugh, and he let me go.

granted, i was only doing a max speed of 25 mph, and had 2 escorts in front, and 4 in the rear.

Working out is about stimulating and pushing our muscles and or cardiovascular system beyond it normal operating level, so it will adapt and reset it's normal level somewhere above where it used to be. The result is increased cardiovascular capacity and increased muscle mass and strength.

It is good to have variety in your workout, and will help you have a more well rounded workout, and keep you from getting bored. You have to push your self to increase the load, whether it is weight on a lift or intensity or duration of a cardio exercise. You can change your routine all you want, but if you don't increase the workout load from the last few workouts, you will never see much gain.

Wheew, I didn't mean to attack your post, but I feel I have some insite on this.

Good luck, and crank err up
That was a great explanation Jason.

Hey Lisa, hows the old lady neighbor treating you these days? still walking over now and then??

Mine decided to step it up a notch last week and tell Julie that if she was younger she'd try to steal me from her...LOL... I'm thinking that in her younger days she might have been quite the tart..She's about 90 now...

Dang Curt, enjoy... I had mine done last year, not too bad, just really sore afterwards. Are they putting you under for it? I was awake the entire time, but for my wife's they put her under for the surgery.

Hey Jim! how goes it today?

Ever since she came over that one day and Randy had to push her out of the house, I haven't seen her. I think she came over one day when I was in the shower, but I could have been hearing things. She goes somewhere most days, so she must have found someone else to irritate.

Sounds like your old neighbor lady has it in for you Brent. She could probably teach you a few things.

Had my wisdom teeth pulled quite a few years ago. They put me under. I wanted to drive home afterword. Good thing I had a driver. We stopped by Walgreens to get my pain pills. I stayed in the car while Lynn went in. She came out with the pills and had to search the parking lot to find me. I have no memory of that at all. lol
