idk how good it's gonna look, but i personally don't dig them on the 70's trucks, especially that corvette like design. too sharp and hard of lines to blend into a curved 70's body style. but look on the bright side, you at least made some progress.
i dont remember where or anything i just remember someone mentiontion it on here sorry. i think it had its own thread dedicated to it, maybe you could find with a search.idk wish i rememebered.
Kris truck. its just a fiberglass scoop put on a factory hood. I dont like that idea very much to be honest. Just dont care for how the seams look when you bond them.
i could possibly find steel cowl hoods for that price. i don't have the guys # but he is an old drunk that works at j.c. whitney and he buys all of the scratch and dent hoods for pennies on the dollar and sells them for anywhere between $1-200 depending on how common of a hood it is.
that blue truck is probably owned by some meathead that tans too much and sniffs seth's butt and the green one screams "i have a tiny pecker, please don't hurt me. i'm a sissy."
Im pretty sure my 7.5-8k truck isnt gonna see much mud. And the fact that i spent three years in collision repair/street rod classes makes me very picky. Like i said if i had an english wheel and planishing hammer things would be different.
