Hopefully Beth's friends can point us to a nice place...unless someone has been to a place...it is always 'dicey'!...having an insider is always GREAT!
I've been up since 4:30 with my daughter. She has been throwing up and well, I don't do barf so well........
I need a nap and sure she does as well.
On another note,Another friend of mine does Graphic design she gets a kick outa how much I love my truck so she is trying to put something together for me for a t shirt... She found a cool map of Gatlinburg and did a traveling Excursion on it, good to have those sort of friends....... I'll share when she finishes it.
Joe,
Once things are a little more confirmed, you think we should post over on RV.net for X owners that may not be here? Or are we going with - 'if they ain't here, we don't 'em'?
I've seen several X owers over there, and although they be here under a different name (like you and I), I don't reconize their X or rig, so I assume that they are not on this forum.
Yeah...I think that would be cool to extend the offer...those that want to join in on the drinking...uh I mean camping...can...those that don't want to ... well... F' um... LOL
Who knows...some of the SD boyz may want to join in...IMO that would be okay too...I like the SD's...would make for some interesting conversations about mine is better than yours...even more than the V10 vs PSD that WILL happen...just amongst us "Ex" owners!
I am just saying I dont mind dry camping I do it all the time. I have a on borad Gen, 150 gal. of fresh water, 50 gal. grey, 50 Gal. black, and 60 Gal. of gas on board for you thirsty V 10 out there
Nick
ok, now my husband is getting all bent about getting a camper or tt or what ever you guys call them.... I'm a hiker and like tents he's looking for a fridge for the beer and tv for sports and a real bed not dirt... So how do we start looking and what do we look for?? Should I start a new thread for this one?
a defeated Beth, who just wants to camp for real..
Well the main reason we got a trailer was so may dad doesn't have to sleep on the dirt any more. He was a fire fighter for 25+ year and in all thoes wild fire he either had to sleep on the ground or on top of the truck. So when he retired the first thing we went and got was TT and then later we got into Dirt Biking so that led to a TH, or Toy Hauler

joe.
The more trucks (as long as they are on the superduty platform which includes excursions, 250 and 350) the better. U cant go wrong and we all know which truck is the better to platform The ex with out soccer mom springs haha. If SD owners come, i can see a interesting conversation over the camp fire.
I was gonna say that it was bitchin' but not sure about the choice of words in this case
I love it. I can do the graphics if needed.
How about adding something on the front about "Rumble in the ..."
Kinda like the Ali fight, Rumble in the Jungle but of course referring to our big trucks rumbling down the road?
I'm not good with words but you apparently are. LOVE IT!
Bitchin, my middle name ...Oh you do graphics??? I found a really cool map and was trying to do the excursion graphic thing... OR Maybe get the low down on where evryone is coming from and do a map with an excusion on each state the person is from.. Man I need a life!!
