Its amazing what a good night sleep does for you. Got a fresh start this morning. Took me about 2 minutes to figure out how to run that test. Man...I was tired last night. Anyway here are my findings. Keep in mind these were done with the truck being jumped. It cranked fast while testing but not for long. I may need to run them again. iprdc-140% while cranking. icp-40 psi while cranking. vref-2.4, think the batteries didnt have much left when I ran that one. rpm 200.

good morning susnshine i have been waiting for you, you have a high pressure oil leak, as tj said remove the ipr and check your o-rings since you said the resevoir is full, 140% ipr is insane never seen it that high, never seen over 90 %???????? but that means its fully closed trying to build oil prssure and the icp says its only getting 40 pounds, by the way did you crank with the icp unplugged?

You need to get the batteries good and charged up first. But if those numbers stay the same you definataly have a high pressure oil issue. The 140% DC sounds interesting. You can't have more than 100% DC as thats constant on. 40 PSI ICP is a far cry from the 480 needed to start. and the Vref is low.

Charge the batteries. double check the HPOP reservior and run the test again just to double check.
