I managed to get my hands on four o rings sets from a friend this morning. I have some stuff planned today though, but hopefully later on I can get down to my truck and get it going. I promised the wife we would go to the beach today. Maybe by the time I get down to the shop it wont be 95 degrees out. No ac. Thats next.
I cant wait to get it going. Then I can start doing mods. I have all kinds of stuff waiting to get installed . Thats for another thread..

I tried to give rep points but still gotta share. Oh well atta boy joe.
I think I really screwed something up. I put the four injectors back in, cranked it over and it made a grinding noise for a second then wouldnt turn anymore. I sucked all the fluid form the cylinders with a mighty vac tube attached to a shop vac. What in the world did I do?
it hydro locked. you need to pull the valve covers again and pull the glow plugs then crank over a bit reinstall glow plugs and crank it to be sure its clear. then give it a go again.
OK, I got the plugs out and I turn it by hand. How many time should I turn it by hand before using the starter? I also learned a good leason just now. Valve cover on before cranking with plugs out.. haha Im going to need some speedy dry.
