I was thinking ,deadheading the pump....

hmm i guess i will have to sign up, i've been meanig to just havent had the extra 5 minutes, the sites been real funny the last 2 weeks, always says server not found and when it does get on the ads and posts are screwed up, i got a screen grab in another post

and if it is fixed the ipr duty cycle may still be off spec as it could has some air to bleed out if the o-rings were badly blown, by the way how did they look? and what did the tip of the ipr look like?

The orings were worn, but not gone. The tip looked ok. I ran another test. iprdc starts at 38 and got up to 250 this time. ICP hit 40. vref still at 2.48

Did you fill the resevoir?....It is still possible the IPR is stuck...

your icp and ipr reading sound backwards at this point, the ipr cant go over 98%, in theory 100%, 250 is impossible, but the reading sounds right for icp, make sure the batts are up and crank a bit, keep an eye and see if it goes higher then 250, rechecking the hpop resevoir aint a bad idea either

I have another problem now. The plug to the hpop res is stripped and I cant get it out. It was in tough shape to begin with now its done. Any suggestions for getting it out?

pull the other sensor out and peek in or bang a torx bit into the plug, i can usually get lucky with that

Fill it through the oil pressure sensor....

Tests now show ipdc 140 and icp 300. With the icp unplugeed I get iprdc 91 and icp 245
