I know. I really shouldn't have bought it right now, but I know I would break down and get it eventually so I figured I might as well save some money. I have been reading countless threads on this thing and everybody loves it. Think of the money you save by just be able to read your own codes and clear them. Just to have a code read is $80.
Hi to all! New to this site. I have a '06 F150 4x4 and put on a CAI and about a month ago put in the edge evo programmer. I placed the programmer in "Level 2" w/ a customization for larger tires. Now, as of this past thursday (3-15-07) my truck started running "funny". from idle to applying the gas, it felt like it wanted to stall through 1st gear, then it would stop in 2nd and so on. Now I reprogrammed it back to stock and the entire truck has a vibration, most severe in the steering wheel. If anyone could help, it would be most appreciated.
Hey guys. I wanted to try Level 3 today. I filled it up with 93 and drove home. I went to program it to level 3 and when I went to bump the timing up for the 93 octane it was already at 1.5 . So, do I add 1 to that for 93 octane or do I keep it at 1.5 .
I recently sold my F-150 and am selling the edge evo that I had on it. I returned my truck to stock settings before getting rid of it, but not if there was something else that I should have done to the evo before selling my truck like restore defaults? is this something that I can do with it plugged into any F-150?
For those who don't have an evo for their F-150...get one! It really gave my truck the added juice that it needed!
Does anyone have any suggestions for gear or shift firmness changes for 04 s-crew with 305/65/18 ? in tow mode #2.
I would just play with it if I was you. Increase it by say 2 to start and then see how it feels. I wouldn't screw with timing too much unless you change fuels.
I installed mine on sat. and keep getting DTC Code PO605 and one time I got
PO600. Any hints?
I am going to call Edge tomorrow and see whats up.
The guages work nice.
