Finally able to eat after the filling replacement this morning.

 

Good afternoon Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 92 here at Alpha Compound. Wx forecast is for 96 and we're under a High Heat Warning,. Bravo is under an Emergency Broadcast Red Flag Warning. Yesterday afternoon in McMinnville hit 103 and it hung there all the way from Mac down to Dallas. Dropped to 101 about 10 minutes after arrival while waiting for my sister to arrive at Washington Street Steakhouse.
Waiting to hear from Contractors / Painters for Alpha. If contractors don't start calling back, or showing up for estimates, then I may talk to the Property Management Co. that handles our rental. They might be able to provide some reliable references. Talked to the property management company for the Carlton house. They are going to get a pressure washer set up for the north end of that house and some trees, bushes and shrubs trimming and make the "legal" notifications and arrangements with the renters.
Sister wants me to come over and check out her Quad. Battery won't hold a charge. Pretty sure the battery is old and bad and she needs to have it tested. She wants me to "show" her how to take it out of the machine.
Got several things done this morning. Still have two meetings to attend this afternoon starting at 1700 and another at 1830.

Andy, enjoy retirement and don't volunteer / allow yourself to be talked into too many things "for the good of of the club (s) and mankind"!

Made it back up to Bravo yesterday afternoon. Heading out to eliminate some more ground squirrels, repair some lane damage they've caused and then do some mowing.
