Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 22° with a high very light transparent wispy overcast. Been 22 since we got home from dinner in Bend last night around 2030. 34 in Bend when we left the Olive Garden on the North end of town. 22 a couple of miles north of home and apparently it froze the needle there.
