Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Dogs went out at 44 and we came in at 46. Hanging there for the last 20 minutes or so. Smoke has somewhat cleared out leaving a blue sky, albeit that the blue looks a couple of shades toward the dirty side.
A bunch of lawn left to mow, bitter brush and weeds to clean out. Left the irrigation system turned so the sprinklers run. I'll get started on the bitter brush while the grass dries.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. Got down to 39 degrees this morning before it started climbing again. 61.8 currently under clear blue skies.
The Warden's replacement cell phone arrived yesterday and we tried setting it up. Calls to 3 tech support centers didn't accomplish much and I got tired of screwing with it. So another 55 mile drive to Bend to the phone store. The store manager helped us out since everyone was busy. Took him all of about 3 minutes to get the phone number transferred to the new phone and another couple of minutes with password entry and security codes that were sent to my phone and then icloud was on her new phone, the backups were downloading and my piece and quiet of the Warden not haven a cell phone for 6 days was over with. There's a downside to every success story I guess. Anyway, she is looking more human now and a lot less like the angry bear.
Good morning Oregon and everyone everywhere else. 60.9 with some overcast. Been down since Thursday night. We're not sure if it is a flu bug or if I got some bad eggs. Started 3 or 4 hours after having some over easy eggs. Seemed a little rubbery in retrospect. No fever but really bad chills Thursday night. Couldn't get enough covers or sweatshirts on. Now just feeling a little cool but sweating. Seems to be clearing up this morning but still not back to normal
