Pretty morning though.....
The bull in the picture is a repeat grazer from a few nights ago. So we are seeing that they are hanging around our neck of the woods. I guess we'll see what happens when hunting season gets into full swing.
The Rhubarb patch and some of the river bottom.
We actually have about 10 plants in the ground. I only left the leaves on a part of one more as a gauge than anything else. All the others we did a 'bare root' transplant. Years ago when I got transferred to Douglas County, we moved some rhubard from the farm and transplanted in this fashion. Hopefully this works. It is some really different soil here, but should have good drainage.
Driveway security camera needs to be checked before we leave today. Message says its offline. Motion activation still works. It took a picture of a coyote crossing the driveway and headed up the powerline access road just before dawn.
Heading back to the valley this afternoon. We have a week full of Doctor's appointments and our Joseph Canyon final organizing meeting. The fuel prices are now starting to be a major concern. They have become a no go for one of the party. Getting close for me. It's looking like having to cancel the Diamond Lake trip the first of the month is going to be the savings it takes to get me there.
That shed is looking really nice Chris. I'm thinking you need to take another vacation and spend a week here in the mountains, maybe a little fishing and while you're here a shed on the back of the pole barn would be pretty nice.
Jim the tractor looks a lot better. Why in the heck would someone take the cover off???
Chris - the shed is looking good. Nice work.
Hit the Siltez yesterday for the first fall trip. Nothing to show for the effort like many others that were there. I need to figure out a way to leave the trailer over there for a couple months so I can fish it more. the one day here and there is just not productive at all. The one time I had 5 days in row we caught fish. Time on the water is everything.
The crazy starts tomorrow with me in CDL school for the next month. Wife leaves for 3 weeks starting on weds all the while I still have my job to do and the k9's. Our worker/campers leave thursday so I'll be on my own. Oh well no rest for the wicked.
Back to work tomorrow.
Rich you sure have a lot going on!

Made it back to the Valley from the Mountain yesterday. Off to a Doctors appointment fro the Warden in a few.
Last night's visitor at Bravo Compound. I don't think we've gotten pictures of this fellow before now. 6X6.
Just a daylight shot giving a reference to where the building are that aren't visible in the night shots.
And, this morning's visitor in the same camera.
Night all.
